…the state of things
So. The entire world is on fire because systems keep avoiding Black women’s leadership.
Not because we’re unqualified, but because our leadership ends extraction.
What is honored stops haunting.
What is honored stops haunting.
What is honored stops haunting.
What is denied returns as crisis.
You cannot build wealth by pulling from Black women’s bodies
our labor
our care
our time
our intuition
filling yourselves, your institutions, your homes, your babies,
and then expect to owe nothing.
And worse: you cannot expect to keep extracting for free.
Care without reverence becomes debt.
Wealth without accountability dissolves.
Power without repair collapses.
Black women don’t lead through domination.
We lead through coherence.
And systems built on depletion cannot survive leadership that centers care, consent, and truth.
This isn’t chaos, it’s consequence.
